Crystal EV Charging values team building very highly, learning something new is always beneficial.
During the team building event, Ian Parmenter led the group through a safety briefing to ensure everyone understood the necessary precautions to take while working with forges. Then, the team worked together to heat, shape, and mold the materials into various forged items, such as forks. This activity not only fostered a sense of camaraderie among the team members, but it also allowed them to develop their problem-solving and cooperative skills as they collaborated to create the forged items.
